On 10 November, Chairman of the National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan received the UN Resident Coordinator in Armenia Consuelo Vidal on the occasion of completion of her UN mission in Yerevan. On 10 November, Chairman of the National Assembly Hovik Abrahamyan received the UN Resident Coordinator in Armenia Consuelo Vidal on the occasion of completion of her UN mission in Yerevan.
During the conversation the head of the Armenian Parliament thanked Ms. Vidal for the past years’ close cooperation. Hovik Abrahamyan highly assessed her work and noted that the Armenian authorities are grateful for the support shown by different UN structures.
Summing up, Hovik Abrahamyan wished success to Ms. Vidal in her endeavors and expressed hope that she would continue the friendly ties with the country after completion of her official mission.
As part of her farewell meetings, Ms. Consuelo Vidal has already met with the Ministers of Diaspora, Culture, Labor and Social Affairs, Energy and Natural Resources, Education and Science, Healthcare, Emergency Situations, as well as with the heads of international organizations and the diplomatic corps accredited in Armenia.
